Room decor modern, very clean. Live sport events and pool tables were fun. The stairs to the room steep, not for everyone.

More options for breakfast would be appreciated.

Charming Stay with Great Service!
We enjoyed a cozy night in a beautiful deluxe double room. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even guided us to the hidden entrance. Dining was above expectations, with delicious local dishes. Pro tip, access the apartments from Commodore Road to avoid confusion. Highly recommend guest services!

Our stay was enjoyable, especially visiting Bungay Castle just 24 km away. The room was clean and had a lovely bathroom with a roomy shower. Plus, sleeping was a breeze with the dark room—a real treat after a day out with my niece.
My wife says that the room was too hot for comfort. A mini-fridge would be great for families to chill drinks after day trips.

Impressive modern decor and amenities
I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the easy self-check-in process and the complimentary drink vouchers for the bar were a nice touch. I found the parking situation a bit challenging, as on-site parking wasn’t available.

Just a prime choice for a fleeting moment in Lowestoft with extraordinarily good value for money. The shower worked perfectly, which was a pleasant surprise. Be prepared for a bit of a trek to your room up the steep stairs.

The location is prime, with easy access to local attractions and nearby dining options. I particularly enjoyed the unique self-check-in experience that made my arrival streamlined and hassle-free.
Comfort in Room 2 fell short, as the bed was pressed against the wall, limiting access for two people. The taps were plumbed incorrectly, leading to confusion, and the kettle's placement on the refreshments desk meant it couldn’t reach a plug without being moved to the floor, complicating a simple task. the noise from the bar and road might disrupt light sleepers, especially late at night. For a deluxe double room, these adjustments need to be made for a more comfortable experience.

100% recommend for a quick layover
Beautiful room, beautiful en-suite. the latter was very clean and modern, and it was great to have toiletries available alongside a flat-screen TV for entertainment.
Could not be improved in any way without adding further information.

Accessing the room was a breeze, all done online with a code. The place was tiny but oh-so-clean, with a delightful shower and a proper kettle for tea. Cozy vibes for a night’s stay!
But our window was so exposed, I half expected a paparazzi! Guess what? No hotel buffet—just my luck!
